The trees grow
And flowers bloom
Seasons past
Another day goes by

Our lives are so short
Yet if feels like so much more
So little time we have
To do all that we wish to do

But in our days of school
So much work, so little time
But what do we do
Watch TV!

In the workplace
Work late, look after the family
No time for the kids
Money, money, money

We curse the day as it ends
Thinking we have so much time left
Then we become old
I wish I did this and that
