Look out! Maniac on the streets!

“There is a said to be a man,”
  says the reporter on TV,
“who has just broken free
  from the local jail.”

“He is crazy and insane,”
  says a witness on TV,
“an emotional unstable young man
  capable of doing the imaginable.”

“His mind is confused,”
  says the cop on TV,
“he doesn’t know what he does wrong
  not realising the wrong he does!”

“He does what he likes,”
  says his friend on TV,
“he does it then thinks
  sometimes regreting what he does.”

“The young man has stopped,”
  says the coroner on TV,
“unfortunately he was found
  at the bottom of the river.”
